Parties and Purpose<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\r\n<li>\r\n<p>This Agreement is concluded between the persons who are members of the Website and the Company.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>By becoming a member of the Website, the Member agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<div><hr \/><\/div>\r\n<h2><strong>2.
