1. Parties
This contract is entered into by the seller ("Salesman.") and the buyer ("Buyer."), under the following terms and conditions, has been concluded electronically.

Buyer Information:
The Buyer is a natural or legal person who purchases the services ordered electronically through the Seller's website. This contract is organised based on the information provided by the Buyer.

2. Subject
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of the services and products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.

3. Products and Services Subject to the Contract
The Seller offers various diving trainings, tour organisations and diving events through its website. The Buyer accepts the details, price and payment terms of the service purchased. The Seller agrees and undertakes to provide the purchased services under the specified conditions and within the promised period.

4. Payment and Cancellation Terms

  • Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or online payment systems.

  • Reservation cancellations must be made at least 48 hours ago must be made. Cancellations made within this period will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.

  • For services cancelled by the Seller due to weather conditions or force majeure, a new date may be set or a refund may be made.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer, due to the nature of the service purchased does not have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, change and cancellation requests may be evaluated at the Seller's discretion.

  • The right of withdrawal shall only apply if the performance of the service has not commenced.

6. Delivery of Service and Period of Performance

  • The performance of the purchased service depends on the booking date.

  • The Buyer agrees to be present at the specified location on the date of service.

  • If the Buyer is not present at the place where the service will be provided on the specified date and time, no refund will be made.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorised in disputes arising from the implementation of this contract.

  • In any dispute that may arise between the parties Mugla Courts and Enforcement Offices authorised.

8. Enforcement
Buyer, www.mermaiddivingclub.com is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract when it creates an order on the website. This contract between the Seller and the Buyer enters into force as soon as it is approved electronically.
