Simple techniques are used to stabilise the water pressure during diving. Our instructors will teach you these methods and help you to apply them.
Of course this is possible. You can easily use your contact lenses under water.
You will learn to balance the pressure in your ears while going underwater with the techniques we will explain in our briefings.
In the area where we dive, the underwater creatures are completely friendly. Here you will find colourful fish and corals that will fascinate you.
It's not a hindrance at all. You will have an instructor accompanying you from the moment you enter the water.
Pregnancy is not suitable for diving. We also recommend that you contact us before diving in some special health conditions related to respiratory, circulatory or nervous system. Your health is important to us!
You don't need to bring any special equipment for diving, we provide everything! Just prepare as if you were going swimming and bring comfortable clothes and sunscreen with you.
Don't worry! Your instructor will be with you throughout your dive and our equipment is regularly checked for safe diving.
