As Mermaid Diving Club, we prioritise customer satisfaction. The following return and refund conditions apply to purchased services.

1. General Provisions

  • Since the purchased services are digital and reservation-based, cancellation and refund processes are evaluated within the framework of the specified rules.

  • The rights of our customers are protected in accordance with Consumer Rights and Distance Sales Contract.

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms

2.1. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Diving Services

  • For cancellations up to 48 hours in advanceThe full fee will be refunded without deduction.

  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours before no refund will be made.

  • In case of no-showThere is no right of return or change.

2.2. Weather Conditions or Force Majeure

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or when diving cannot be performed safely a new date is set for cancelled services or a refund is made at the request of the customer.

  • In the event that the service cannot be performed due to force majeure such as natural disasters, diseases, prohibitions of official authorities, the customer is offered the right to a refund or a future reservation.

2.3. Cancellation and Refund for Training Programmes

  • For cancellations made within 7 days before the start of the trainings, the full amount paid will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made after the start of the training no refund will be made.

3. Reimbursement Process

  • Requests for refunds are subject to the customer's info@mermaiddivingclub.com e-mail to the address or contact by phone will be taken into consideration.

  • Payment after confirmation of cancellation of the service 10 working days returned in the same way as the payment was made.

  • Reflection of the refund to your card due to the processes of the banks for payments made by credit card 3-10 working days it may take a while.

4. Change Requests

  • Customers can make their bookings at least 48 hours before may postpone it to a later date provided that it is notified.

  • Requests for dive point or programme changes are evaluated according to availability.
